We also understand that some orders will need to be returned or canceled.  Any part purchased from roysgrand.com can be returned for any reason within the first 20 days provided that the product has not been installed or damaged. (Subject to product availability and inspection). Any questions regarding your part after the 20 day period please contact the products manufacture. The part must be unused, in it's original packaging (No seals or packaging can be broken on gasket or timing sets), and must be in resalable condition. Once an order has shipped the customer must follow these steps to insured credit. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns (Except Incorrectly Packaged shipments).
